Christmas Farmers' Market

Well, the wind is dying down (phew..), the signs are going up, and Ian's wonderful village Christmas tree is lit. We can't promise sunshine, but we will have a warming Christmassy welcome on Saturday 14th December 9.30-11.30am with mulled cider and alcohol-free warming punch, sizzling bacon butties (by TFM Butchers), festive bakes and fresh hot coffee. Get ready to decorate with Pip's locally handmade Christmas wreaths, and Nigel's fresh mistletoe. Pastim Bakery (Pastim Reme Puchades) will be standing in for Kbroffee whilst Karen nurses a bad back. So we will have sourdough loaves and sweet pastries ! Other newbies are @burwell print, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism who will bring along the stocking filler 'Funky Soaps'. Also Sew 'n' Tails cosy dog blankets and accessories.

On top of all that, we have our regular local food stalls so you can top up on fantastic local produce for your Christmas celebrations: @Alban Home Food: homemade sweet and savoury treats from Albania; Borakis Greek Food; Country Kitchen scotch eggs / saussage rolls; Granola Queen   flavoured granolas; Meril's Artisan Cheeses; Queen Bee Honey; TFM Butchers; Radwinter Wild Game Company; Wilbraham Produce Stall with homemade bakes and preserves run by The Wilbrahams' Memorial Hall.
